  1. Blend the frozen açaí with the Banana and just enough juice to move the blades — you want a thick, spoonable sorbet, not a smoothie. Keep it barely liquid.
  2. Taste and add honey only if it needs it; good açaí is barely sweet.
  3. Scrape into cold bowls.
  4. Top with granola, sliced fruit, and coconut, and eat fast before it melts.
