Ingredients
- 2 packs frozen açaí purée (or frozen mixed berries)
- 1 Banana, plus more to top
- ½ cup juice or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
- Granola
- Sliced fruit and coconut to top
Method
- Blend the frozen açaí with the Banana and just enough juice to move the blades — you want a thick, spoonable sorbet, not a smoothie. Keep it barely liquid.
- Taste and add honey only if it needs it; good açaí is barely sweet.
- Scrape into cold bowls.
- Top with granola, sliced fruit, and coconut, and eat fast before it melts.
