  2. Add chili powder and cumin; toast 30 seconds. Stir in beans and salsa with a splash of water; simmer 5 minutes until saucy.
  3. Scatter the cheese over the top, lid on, 2 minutes until molten.
  4. Serve straight from the skillet with charred tortillas, avocado, lime, and cilantro. Spoons over forks.
