Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 10 oz Ground Beef
- 2 cups Spinach, blanched and seasoned
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp gochujang + 1 tsp sesame oil + 1 tsp honey (sauce)
- 2 fried eggs
- Toasted sesame, kimchi
Method
- Season the Ground Beef with soy and sesame and cook until browned. Prep each vegetable separately so the colors and flavors stay distinct.
- Stir the gochujang, sesame oil, and honey into a glossy sauce.
- Pack rice into bowls and arrange the Ground Beef and vegetables in tidy sections on top.
- Crown with a fried egg, a spoon of the sauce, and sesame — then mix everything together at the table right before eating.
