- 2 chipotles in adobo + 1 clove garlic

- Corn tortillas
- Avocado, queso fresco, onion, cilantro, lime
Method
- Blend the tomatoes, chipotles, garlic, oregano, and cumin into a smoky sauce.
- Char the sliced onion in oil, then pour in the sauce and simmer until darkened, 8 minutes.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and simmer until it drinks up the sauce and turns glossy.
