Ingredients
- 12 oz Chicken Breast
- 1 romaine heart, chopped
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 slices bacon, crisped
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp red wine vinegar + 1 tsp dijon (dressing)
Method
- Cook and slice the Chicken Breast; crisp the bacon; halve the eggs and tomatoes.
- Whisk the dressing until it emulsifies and tastes sharp — it needs to stand up to all the rich toppings.
- Lay the romaine on a platter and arrange every topping in its own tidy row (the whole point of a Cobb).
- Dress at the table and toss so everyone sees the full spread first.
