Ingredients
- 10 oz Tofu, fried
- 2 cups Green Beans, blanched
- 2 cups Cabbage, blanched
- 2 eggs, boiled
- ½ cup peanut butter + 1 tbsp kecap manis + 1 lime + 1 tsp chili (sauce)
- 1 clove garlic
- Cucumber, fried shallots
Method
- Fry the Tofu until golden and blanch the vegetables so they stay crisp and vivid.
- Whisk the peanut butter with kecap manis, lime, chili, garlic, and warm water into a pourable, sweet-savory-spicy sauce.
- Arrange the Tofu, vegetables, cucumber, and halved eggs on a platter.
- Blanket with the warm peanut sauce and shower with fried shallots.
