  3. Pour in the sauce and let it bubble, coating everything in a lacquered glaze, about 2 minutes.
  4. Build bowls: rice, glazed Ground Beef, pickled Cucumber, sesame oil, scallions, sesame seeds — and the fried egg you deserve.
