Overnight Oats with Banana

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 Banana, sliced
- Pinch of salt and cinnamon
- 2 tbsp toasted nuts or seeds
Method
- Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia, sweetener, salt, and cinnamon together in a jar. It will look too loose — the oats and chia drink it overnight.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- In the morning, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then top with Banana and the toasted nuts.
- Eat cold from the jar, or warm it gently if the weather disagrees with cold oats.
