Overnight Oats with Banana

Method

  1. Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia, sweetener, salt, and cinnamon together in a jar. It will look too loose — the oats and chia drink it overnight.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. In the morning, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then top with Banana and the toasted nuts.
  4. Eat cold from the jar, or warm it gently if the weather disagrees with cold oats.
