Method

  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and ginger. Gently fold in the cubed Tuna and let it marinate 10 minutes (sear tofu first if using).
  2. Spread the warm rice in bowls and let it cool slightly — hot rice steams the fish.
  3. Arrange the Tuna, Cucumber, and avocado in sections over the rice.
  4. Finish with sesame seeds, scallion, torn nori, and the rest of the dressing.
