  2. Simmer the oats in stock 5–7 minutes until creamy. Stir in the Spinach to wilt, then the parmesan, butter, and soy sauce.
  3. Season with black pepper — be generous — and chili flakes.
  4. Bowl it up and crown with the halved jammy eggs.
