Ingredients
- 1½ cups thick Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey, plus more to finish
- 1 Banana, sliced
- ⅓ cup granola or toasted nuts
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame or sunflower seeds
- Pinch of flaky salt
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
- Whisk the yogurt hard with the honey and a tiny squeeze of lemon for a minute — it turns light and almost mousse-like.
- Swoosh into bowls with the back of the spoon like you've seen on the internet.
- Top with Banana, granola, and seeds. Finish with more honey and — trust the process — a small pinch of flaky salt.
